How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery within Australia for all orders.
How long will my delivery take?
If the item is in stock, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.
*If the item is made to order, or is a custom piece, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. At busy times, this can take up to 6 weeks, although this is rare. Items that are not in stock will need to be meticulously crafted prior to dispatch.
What could delay my order?
Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
I’ve missed my delivery, what now?
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements at your nearest Australia Post office.

Can I change my delivery address?
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please contact us immediately if you must change a delivery address.

- *All our diamonds, whether natural or lab-grown, of 0.5 ctw or higher are rigorously evaluated and certified by the IGI or GIA and are laser inscribed with their corresponding certification number for verification. This ensures authenticity and traceability, allowing you to confirm the diamond’s details through the respective certification authority's database. A hard copy certificate is typically provided with each certified diamond. However, for jewellery pieces containing 15 or more diamonds, such as eternity rings or tennis bracelets, we generally do not include individual hard copy certificates unless specifically requested.
