How much does shipping cost?
We offer free delivery within Australia for all orders.
How long will my delivery take?
If the item is in stock, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders requiring ring sizing take up to three (3) additional business days to complete.
*Unless faster production is purchased, If the item is made to order, or is a custom piece, please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery. At busy times, this can take up to 6 weeks, although this is rare. Items that are not in stock will need to be meticulously crafted prior to dispatch.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel.
Do I need to sign for the delivery?
For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
I’ve missed my delivery, what now?
If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, the delivery company will attempt to deliver your parcel again or a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements at your nearest collection point.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Can I change my delivery address?
Orders will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please contact us immediately if you must change a delivery address.
